Newly formed SH Racing is teaming with established IndyCar team KV Racing Technology to field an entry in the 2011 Indianapolis 500.

The Team Redline Xtreme car was unveiled Wednesday night at the National Association of Convenience Stores Show in Atlanta.

SH Racing was formed by VPX/Redline Vice President TJ Humphreys and Dallas businessman James Sullivan with an eye on next year's Indy 500 and possibly a full-season program in the IndyCar Series in 2012.

They have joined up with KV Racing, co-owned by Jimmy Vasser and Kevin Kalkhoven, in a partnership similar to what Kingdom Racing and de Ferran Dragon Racing have with part-time driver Davey Hamilton.
