The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will be racing wine country for Sunday's Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway (FS1, 1:30 p.m. ET).
Drivers will need to save the rear tires, stay on top of track position, and execute pit stops to perfection to put themselves in position for the victory.
There have been seven different winners in as many races at Sonoma, so predicting who will roll into Victory Lane is a little more difficult.
With that said, here are five drivers who have the best chance to shine brighter than the California sun on Sunday.
AJ Allmendinger -- The Los Gatos, Calif. native has surprisingly never won at Sonoma. Watkins Glen is a better track for Allmendinger, as he scored a victory there in 2014. But, sometimes the stats can fool you. This could be the year the "Dinger" could turn his luck around and break into Victory Lane.
Tony Stewart -- With 11 races left until the Chase for the Sprint Cup, "Smoke" has some pressure on him to win in his final season. Sonoma might be one of his best shots to get it done. Stewart has two wins at the California road course, with his last coming in 2005. After a strong run at Michigan, he has some momentum to propel him to victory.
Jimmie Johnson -- In 2010, he scored his only win at Sonoma. Since then, he's finished no worse than ninth. Johnson has an average finish of 10.6 there -- the second-best out of all active drivers behind Clint Bowyer with an average of 8.6. Look for him to potentially get a second Sonoma victory in his home state.
Kurt Busch -- Fresh off an off-week where he attended the Europe Grand Prix in Baku, Busch will be ready to get it done at a track that has been very good to him throughout his career. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver won at Sonoma in 2011 and has a strong average finish of 11.9. He also finished second to his brother Kyle in this race last season.
Kyle Busch -- Last year, he came back from a serious leg injury and kick-started a remarkable championship run with a win at Sonoma. But, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver has struggled as of late. Since his win at Kansas Speedway, Busch hasn't finished better than 30th. An off-week may be just what he needed to re-focus and dominate once again. He may have the best shot out of last seven winners at Sonoma to repeat.
