However, it’s been a while since we’ve seen a track laid out as simply as this:

Granted, come race day, there will be plenty of grandstands, barriers and curbs thrown into the mix, making it look like much more of a proper racetrack. The Berlin ePrix will take place on this circuit on May 23 as Round 8 of the 2014-2015 FIA Formula E series.
One thing’s for sure though, even in its infantile stages, the circuit layout looks pretty sweet:
