IndyCar: Video proves you can see all of NOLA Motorsports Park
With the cancellation of the season-opening race in Brazil, the brand new NOLA Motorsports Park in Louisiana will serve as Round 2 of the 2015 Verizon IndyCar series.
Many of the drivers have been making trips to the 2.67-mile circuit over the past few months, and one of the things they’ve all been pleased with is how you can reportedly see the whole circuit from the grandstands.
The series began testing out the new facility this week and, thanks to this video uploaded by Aj Copenhagen, fans can now see for themselves the view that NOLA Motorsports Park has to offer as the camera follows 2014 IndyCar champion Will Power for a whole lap.
The video was taken from the event center, at the second-floor balcony outside Turn 13 of the circuit.
The Grand Prix of Louisiana will take place from April 10-12, with the season kicking off at St. Petersburg on the March 27-29 weekend.
