Yoan Droumenq and Gabriel Durand were able to walk away unharmed after their Citroen C2 flipped off of a bank and into a tree during the Rally Ronde de la Durance in France last weekend.

The spectators surrounding the scene quickly rushed to the aid of the drivers after the Citroen finished its spectacular flip with the rear side of the cockpit smashing into an unyielding tree.

Both Droumenq and Durand were extremely lucky that the tree hadn’t hit a few inches more forward.
