Company employing suspect in NASCAR attack loses contract
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) A concert venue in Charlotte has ended its contract with a landscaping company that employed one of the people charged in an assault on NASCAR driver Mike Wallace and his daughter last week.
The Charlotte Observer (http://bit.ly/28SbOlZ ) reports that PNC Music Pavilion canceled its contract with Lucas Lawn and Landscaping of Indian Trail.
An attorney for the landscaper said only one of the three suspects in the June 17 attack on Wallace worked for the company.

Wallace, his daughter and a third person were attacked after a Rascal Flatts concert.
The others charged are 24-year-old Randolph Mangum of Monroe and 22-year-old Nathan Lucas of Indian Trail.
