D.C. United midfielder Marcelo Saragosa has undergone left knee surgery and is expected to be sidelined another four to six weeks.
United announced Friday that Saragosa had a medial meniscectomy on his knee.
Saragosa also had surgery on his right knee on May 14. He hasn't played since May 8.
He has played in seven games for United this season.
