After a dreadful 1-6 road trip, the Twins were in need of a pick-me-up, and heading home to Target Field provided just that.
The team held a player's meeting before Tuesday's game against the Rangers -- and it worked.

The Twins rallied back from a 2-0 deficit in the eighth to tie the game, setting the stage for a dramatic walk-off in the ninth. Eduardo Escobar came through in the clutch with a game-winning double that scored Kurt Suzuki.
