Video: Curt Schilling defends Donald Trump's comments about young girls
Former MLB pitcher Curt Schilling defended Donald Trump’s recently uncovered remarks about young girls during a television appearance on Thursday.
On a 1992 tape brought to light by CBS on Wednesday, Trump said of young girl, “I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?”
Schilling appeared on Fox Business with Trish Regan on Thursday and defended Trump’s comments by arguing that the host must have had similar thoughts about her friends’ sons.
When Regan said that she hadn’t, Schilling said, “See, that's a lie. There's no way you haven't seen someone else's son and said, "Wow, he's beautiful.”

Schilling is a staunch supporter of Trump’s. His political views cost him a job as an ESPN analyst, as he was fired after repeated offensive social media posts.
Schilling has also expressed interest on numerous occasions in running for public office himself. In August, he said he wanted to run for U.S. senate against Democratic incumbent Elizabeth Warren. He said last month that there is a “realistic possibility” he runs for president in eight years.
