Tigers, Kinsler still hope to 'shock some people' this season
The Detroit Tigers look the part of sellers, trading away their ace in David Price.
Second baseman Ian Kinsler would like to remind you that this season is far from over.
"We're still 3 1/2 games out of the wild card," Kinsler told MLive. "There's still things to play for. There's people in here who are still trying to establish themselves and the games don't stop. There's still something to work for.
"Hopefully we can put together some good baseball in the last two months and shock some people."
It indeed would be a shock if the Tigers can make a run without Price.
GM Dave Dombrowski has said the team will listen on all upcoming free agents, which includes slugger Yoenis Cespedes.
