Swisher and Garcia to wed this weekend

The Yankees have another reason to celebrate with this weekend's wedding of outfielder Nick Swisher and actress Joanna Garcia.

They are set to tie the knot Saturday at the plush Breakers Hotel & Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

Many of Swisher's teammates will be at the lavish affair, but sources say Derek Jeter — who just signed a $51 million, three-year deal — is not expected to be among them.

Guests at the nuptials will include Yankee pitcher CC Sabathia, actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, former boy-bander Lance Bass (who will be one of Swisher's groomsmen) and Hollywood star Cameron Diaz.

But it is unclear whether Diaz will attend with Alex Rodriguez, who she has been seeing on and off since the summer.

Diaz became a close friend of Garcia when the blond actress dated Justin Timberlake and Garcia dated and later got engaged to Timberlake's best friend, Trace Ayala. Garcia and Ayala broke up in 2008.

Guests were made to sign confidentiality agreements before this weekend's festivities, which include a welcome dinner Friday, the wedding ceremony on Saturday and brunch on Sunday.

Swisher and Garcia, who appears in ABC's "Better With You," got engaged in May after dating a year.

"She is my princess. I just could not be more happy," Swisher told Page Six last month when he grew out his mustache to raise money for cancer research. Of the nuptials, he said, "We could just not be more ecstatic about it. I can't wait to see her on the day."
