San Francisco, Kansas City public libraries talk shhh in Twitter 'Word' Series

The World Series matchup between the San Francisco Giants and the Kansas City Royals has brought out the rivalry between the two cities. 

It's even gone so far as to set the public libraries of the two respective cities against each other on Twitter prior to Game 1 at Kauffman Stadium. 

Kansas City had the first hit with this fly ball to left field earlier on Tuesday: 

The San Francisco Public Library quickly threw back with this tweet and the war of words was officially engaged:

Now the dust jackets are off. Check out the heated throwdown (all in courteous, hushed library voices, of course):  

As of press time, San Francisco had yet to take Kansas City up on the bet.

Or maybe their librarians had just checked out.
