Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki left Sunday's game against Arizona with a strained left shoulder after an awkward slide home.

Tulowitzki will be re-evaluated on Monday. He was listed as day to day.

Tulowitzki tried to score in the first inning on a single by Michael Cuddyer. Tulowitzki slid into the plate and was easily tagged out by Miguel Montero.

The two-time All-Star remained in the game for two more innings and had three assists. He gave way to Jonathan Herrera in the bottom of the third.
