Rockies expected to announce signing of third overall Draft pick

The Rockies are expected to announce the signing of their first round selection, Brendan Rodgers, soon, according to Thomas Harding via Purple Row. Rodgers was the third overall pick in the 2015 MLB draft and considered by many as the best overall talent in the Draft despite only being in high school. The 18-year-old shortstop from Florida has drawn comparisons to Troy Tulowitzki.
