Reds' Hamilton may stop switch-hitting

As Billy Hamilton continues to evolve as a baseball player, he may decide to stop hitting left-handed.

"I think about it all the time," Hamilton told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "Not just me, all switch-hitters think about it. Most switch-hitters feel more comfortable from one side than they do the other. You go up sometimes and think: I feel so good right-handed. I want to hit right-handed.

"But you don't. That's what comes with being a switch-hitter. That's what you signed up for. You've got to do it."

While Hamilton is open to a possible switch, he did say that he wouldn't make any changes during the 2015 season.

The Reds centerfielder is hitting .201 from the left side and .266 from the right side this season.
