Texas Rangers slugger Prince Fielder noticed that he wasn't feeling well-rested and struggled to sleep through the night, so the team sent him to participate in a sleep study earlier this week. Fielder returned to spring training Friday, and revealed some alarming news about his condition.
Fielder was told he has sleep apnea, and that he stopped breathing 39 times per hour while asleep.

Fielder is now sleeping with a mask to help regulate his breathing, and told reporters he's relieved to know what has been keeping him up at night.
