The first update for the National League All-Star voting was released on Wednesday, and the Philadelphia Phillies were uncharacteristically nowhere to be found.
No Phillies player finished in the top five in votes at his position or in the top 15 in the outfield.
While there's still plenty of time for fans to vote, it looks as though the team might break its 11-year streak of being represented by a position player in the All-Star game.

The Phillies have had either a position player, pitcher, or both attend the All-Star game in every year since 1946.
The only years in which the team did not have a player sent to the Midsummer Classic were 1934 and 1945, according to MLB's archives.
