Here’s a complete list of all 139 Major League Baseball players who are eligible to negotiate and sign with any team starting Tuesday, November 8 at 12:01 PM EST.

Following thousands of games in a historic season that had just about everything, including the emergence of new stars, old stars riding off into the sunset and the Chicago Cubs defeating the Cleveland Indians in an epic World Series to claim their first title in 108 years, the 2016 Major League Baseball season has come to an end. And while Theo Epstein and Jed Hoyer can take a few days to celebrate, they’ll have to get back to work pretty quickly as free agency begins this Tuesday at 12:01 AM EST.

Officially, the Cubs have seven free agents on the market, but that technically does include veteran catcher David Ross, who announced months ago that 2016 would be his final season. Another player on this list that fits that mold is the Yankees’ Mark Teixeira. The Cubs’ list also doesn’t yet officially include Dexter Fowler, who hasn’t yet officially opted out of his contract to test the market, something he is expected to do in the next few days and could mean the end of his tenure on the North Side.

Actually, there are 38 players not listed here who can do the same if they choose to. What this list contains is the 139 players who we know for certain can start negotiating with any team starting on Tuesday. The Cubs’ Aroldis Chapman is one of the biggest names on this list and is likely to command big money. He’s one of many relief pitchers (RP) that will be testing the free-agent market this winter. It’s not a banner year in the starting pitching department but it will be interesting to see if anyone out there wants to throw some big money at some mid-30s guys like Jered Weaver or Rich Hill. And is there one last team out there who will give former Cy Young winner Tim Lincecum a shot?

There are some big bats out there as well for teams to fight over. Toronto’s Jose Bautista and Edwin Encarnacion are both up for grabs as are Mike Napoli and Rajai Davis of the AL champion Cleveland Indians. Mark Trumbo, who belted 47 home runs and knocked in 108 runs for the Baltimore Orioles in 2016, will also be on the market.
