As the New York Mets catch their breath at the All-Star break, injured catcher Travis d'Arnaud is reportedly on the mend.

ESPN.com reports that d'Arnaud, who sprained his left elbow in a collision with Atlanta Braves catcher A.J. Pierzynski on June 20, is drawing nearer to playing in rehab games.

While there is still no timetable for his return, d'Arnaud is progressing in his recovery from the injury.

Due to his elbow injury and a prior fracture of his right pinkie, d'Arnaud has been limited to playing in 19 of the Mets' 89 games this season.
