Marlins reinstate Vazquez and Morrison

The Florida Marlins reinstated pitcher Javier Vazquez from the bereavement list and outfielder Logan Morrison from the 15-day disabled list on Friday.

Vazquez left the Marlins on Tuesday due to a death in his wife's family. He is scheduled to pitch Sunday against the Nationals.

Vazquez (2-3, 6.88 ERA) took the loss in the Marlins' 6-4 loss Monday to Philadelphia.

Morrison, in the lineup for Friday's game, missed 21 games because of a strained arch in his left foot. He's batting .327 with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs in 15 games.
