Nationals star Bryce Harper takes his power show to Cincinnati for a weekend series. Harper had already hit 13 home runs in May and has 28 RBIs this month.

SHIELDED

James Shields hasn't lost in 10 starts since signing with the Padres as a free agent in February. He's 6-0, though his stats aren't dominating - he has a 3.75 ERA and has given up 15 home runs, most in the majors. The Pirates face Shields at Petco Park.

STOPPER

After losing a season-high four in a row, the AL champion Royals open a set at Wrigley Field. Edinson Volquez starts for the Royals, and is 7-0 lifetime against the Cubs.

NICE TO SEE YA

Paul Goldschmidt looks to keep up his big bopping against the Brewers when Arizona opens a series at Miller Park. He is a career .386 hitter against them, with five home runs and 15 RBIs in 29 career at-bats.
