Hostess Snacks seems confused by MLB's Opening Day

Hostess cupcakes are delicious, but the company’s latest Twitter promotion isn’t a home run.

The beloved supplier of tasty treats celebrated Major League Baseball’s Opening Day by tweeting a photo of its classic baseball-themed snacks. The message was just a bit, uh, off, however.

We’re not sure the folks at Hostess understand how baseball works, but who cares? Their cupcakes always play D-to-D, and the taste is a slam dunk. Fore!
