Giants C Molina out vs Mets with hamstring injury

Catcher Bengie Molina has left the San Francisco Giants' game against the New York Mets with a tight left hamstring.

It was unclear when Molina was injured. He led off the second inning with a single off the left-field wall at Citi Field. Molina is batting .333 in 24 games this season.

Eli Whiteside replaced Molina behind the plate before the Mets batted in the bottom of the third on Saturday.
