Felix Hernandez's house is for sale, and it's pretty great
Seattle Mariners ace Felix Hernandez has listed his West Bellevue, Washington house for sale. As you'd expect, it's an extraordinarily gorgeous 10,400 square foot estate with a theater, five bedrooms, and a fancy pool, among other amenities fit for one of the game's best pitchers.
The Puget Sound Business Journal has a gallery of images from the house up on its site, and it's worth a look if you're curious what a big-league ballplayer of Felix's caliber (and financial means) considers 'home' for himself and his family.

Interested parties will have to dig into their pocketbooks if they want to pursue the property, which has been listed for about $3.8 million...but if that's your sort of thing, go for it!
