Encarnacion scratched from Toronto lineup with sore finger

TORONTO (AP) Toronto first baseman Edwin Encarnacion has been scratched from the Blue Jays' game Wednesday night against Philadelphia because of a sore left middle finger.
Encarnacion, who is batting .238 with 19 homers and 56 RBIs, was injured Tuesday night in a 3-2 loss to the Phillies. He underwent precautionary X-rays, which were negative, but still felt pain while taking batting practice Wednesday.
Chris Colabello will replace Encarnacion and bat fourth.
Newly acquired shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is leading off for the first time in his career as he makes his Toronto debut.
Ryan Goins is starting at second base for Devon Travis, who left Tuesday's game after two innings with a sore left shoulder.
Slugger Jose Bautista is the DH for the Blue Jays after leaving in the ninth inning Tuesday with cramping in his right hamstring. Ezequiel Carrera will start in right field.
