Wood hasn't pitched since May 30 because of the elbow problem. He's on the 60-day disabled list after an initial MRI found an elbow impingement.
The 25-year-old is 1-4 with a 3.99 ERA in 10 starts this season. He's 27-30 with a 3.38 ERA in 108 major league games with the Dodgers and Atlanta Braves.
