Brewers sign utilityman Orr to minor league deal

MILWAUKEE (AP) The Brewers have signed veteran utilityman Pete Orr to a minor league contract.

The team announced the move on Twitter on Monday. Orr hit .200 with no homers or RBIs in 20 at-bats over 15 games last season for the Phillies.

For his career, Orr has hit .257 for Atlanta, Washington and Philadelphia. He's played mostly second base, with experience at third, short and the outfield as well.
