Brandon Phillips hits the ball twice on a single swing

Cleveland Indians pitcher Danny Salazar jammed Cincinnati's Brandon Phillips in the seventh inning of a blowout win Tuesday night, but Phillips managed to make contact with the ball twice and - thanks to a weird hop - recorded a single.

Phillips initially hits the ball near his hands, but as he continues his swing the ball travels down the bat the deflects off the barrell toward Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor.
