Blue Jays set franchise record for runs, hits in a series

They came. They saw. They conquered.
The Toronto Blue Jays thrashed the Los Angeles Angels in a three-game series, sweeping them and setting a few records in the mean time.
They also rose to the top spot in the AL East over the New York Yankees.

Since July 29, the Jays are an incredible 19-4.
#BlueJays have now set a franchise record for most hits in a three-game series with 47. They had 46 Sept. 27-29, 1985 at Milwaukee.

And there's the franchise record. #BlueJays have scored 35 runs in Anaheim, most the club has ever scored in a three-game series.
