Atlanta Braves Have a New Minor League Affiliate: The Florida Fire Frogs
The Atlanta Braves have a new minor league affiliate. The Florida Fire Frogs are welcomed into the Braves family, replacing the departed Carolina Mudcats.
Last night, as I was scrolling Twitter for World Series game 2 commentary, I came across a very eye catching image.
Ladies and Gentelmen, the Florida Fire Frogs are here.

That image is the new logo of the new minor league team for the Atlanta Braves, The Florida Fire Frogs.
The Fire Frogs have a brand new Twitter handle and account you can follow below.
And the logo is pretty stinking awesome, in my opinion. The Fire Frogs move over from the Bevard County Manatees.
The Fire Frogs will be the Class A – Advanced team. Here’s more images of the logos as publicized by the team.

They also have about four hat and uniform combinations. Here’s a sneak peek at the lids the players will be wearing.

In an article from MiLB.com, Benjamin Hill describes the reason on how and why the club went with Fire Frogs.
Some more good news, the team store is already open. So, if you’re in the central Florida area, or just browsing the web, hop on over to the store or click here to grab your Fire Frogs gear now.
These logos and colors are perfect and I’m sure many of you will welcome the Fire Frogs to your neck of the woods.
The Fire Frogs will call Osceola County Stadium home and be based out of Kissimmee, the first minor league team since 2000.
Again, welcome to the Braves family Florida Fire Frogs!
