Tiger Woods confirms he will play golf sometime in the next year
Tiger Woods admitted in a grim press conference earlier this month that he isn't sure when he'll be healthy enough to return to professional golf - but on Tuesday Woods finally committed to playing in a PGA Tour event. Fans might just have to wait until 2017.

The PGA Tour announced that the Tiger Woods Foundation will host the annual stop at Riviera Country Club beginning in 2017, and Hyundai will take over as the title sponsor. Bubba Watson won the Northern Trust Open at Riviera earlier this year.
In a statement posted on his foundation's website, Woods said he plans to play in the tournament.
Woods has not played professionally at Riviera since 2006, and in nine appearances as a pro Woods had never won at the course. In his last tournament at Riviera in 2006, he barely made the cut and was forced to withdraw due to illness.
