Yes, 130 feet.
Sergio nearly took a full swing. https://t.co/hiwu6DWXVa
Believe it or not, Michael Phelps, who is not a professional golfer, holds the record for the longest televised made putt at 159 feet, but on Friday at Doral Sergio Garcia came agonizingly close to holing what would have been the longest putt in PGA Tour history during the ShotLink era.
Garcia reached the 609-yard par-5 12th in two and lined up a 130-foot eagle putt - it was really more of an adventure than a putt - and he came an inch away from holing it.
Sang-Moon Bae currently holds the record for the longest putt on Tour after drilling a 117-foot eagle putt at the BMW Championship last year.
