PGA Tour players salute Jim Furyk after historic 58
Jim Furyk won't win the Travelers Championship, but no one in the field will have a better Sunday than the 46-year-old former major champion. Furyk destroyed the par-70 TPC River Highlands course in his final round Sunday, carding the lowest score in PGA Tour history with a phenomenal 58.
Furyk was the last player on tour to shoot a 59 three years ago -- and he missed a few chances to go even lower Sunday. He ultimately had a tap-in on the 18th hole for 58, and Furyk's fellow PGA Tour players were blown away by his performance.
We bow down to you Jim #58 #history ????
