DORAL, Fla. (AP) Rory McIlroy has a three-shot lead after three rounds of the Cadillac Championship, his 4-under round of 68 on Saturday getting him to 12 under for the tournament.
McIlroy was bogey-free on Saturday, and hasn't dropped a shot in any of his last 34 holes on Doral's Blue Monster.
Adam Scott and defending champion Dustin Johnson are tied for second, three shots off McIlroy's pace. Neither got much going in the third round, Johnson making bogey on the last to shoot 71 and Scott settling for a 73.
Danny Willett, Bubba Watson and Phil Mickelson are tied for fourth, five shots off the lead. World No. 1 Jordan Spieth struggled again, his round of 73 leaving him at 2 under for the week and tied for 17th place.
