John Daly, hurt by tweets, bounces back in good humor

John Daly's pants weren't the only garish thing about him at the Valspar Championship. He was bounced from this weekend's tournament after shooting a 90 in the second round.

When Twitter took note of Daly's 90, he took umbrage, tweeting back by calling several commenters "jerk." However, he had second thoughts, deleting the tweets. What was left was his sadness at the derision.

By Saturday, though, his good humor had returned, and he could laugh at himself -- particularly his putting issues.
