Fichardt, Van Zyl lead Africa Open

?South African pair Darren Fichardt and Jaco Van Zyl share the lead going into the final round of the Africa Open, two shots clear of their nearest pursuers at East London Golf Club.

?Fichardt had a 65 on Saturday, setting up a great day by firing four birdies and an eagle on the first eight holes, but his second bogey on the 17th dropped him back to 15-under 129 and a tie with Van Zyl, who had a 68.

?Both men are vying to become the fourth successive South African to win this event on home soil.

?Second-round leader Adilson Da Silva had a triple bogey on the 8th and finished with a 73 to be two shots off the leaders in third, with France's Gregory Bourdy in fourth after a 67.
