WR John Diarse set to transfer from LSU
It was announced last week that LSU redshirt sophomore wide receiver John Diarse will transfer from the program.
A native of Monroe, La., Diarse has graduated from the university. As such, he'll be able to play right away at whichever school he ultimately chooses.
Diarse never fully got into the swing of things during his time in Baton Rouge. Despite possessing terrific deep speed and impressive physicality, he managed to accrue only 13 catches for 137 yards this past year -- with four of those grabs coming in the bowl win over Texas Tech.
LSU's inconsistent play at quarterback surely contributed to the rather modest numbers. Diarse will likely look for a situation in which he can find himself in a starting role.
Best of luck to my brother!! Prayers going up! @Let_9_Out

The loss of Diarse isn't dire from a depth standpoint. LSU will return the likes of Malachi Dupre, Trey Quinn, Travin Dural, and Tyron Johnson in 2016. It's also slated to add a host of talented incoming freshmen -- including Drake Davis, Stephen Sullivan, Dee Anderson, and Damonte Coxie.
