Which school is in line to pick up recent 2016 Oregon decommitment?
Taking to social media, elite 2016 defensive back Jared Mayden announced on Wednesday that he has officially decommitted from Oregon. Sighting the need to "find the right fit," he will thus consider other schools.
Thankful for everything Oregon has done for me. But I am decommiting. pic.twitter.com/29DZxhPHIj

A native of Texas, the Rivals.com 4-star prospect has already visited Michigan and Georgia officially. Florida State may be considered a front-runner for his services. He's slated to trip to Tallahassee on Jan. 15.
At this point, it's the only official visit Mayden has scheduled. It's also thought LSU and Ohio State (among others) will try and enter the mix.

Mayden is an excellent athlete -- possessing legitimate speed. His fast-twitch quickness enables him to flip his hips and turn in coverage exceptionally well. Mayden also has above-average size for the position at 6'0", 199 pounds.
Whichever school ultimately landing Mayden will be getting a prospect with a very high ceiling.
