What Are Ole Miss Fans Saying About The 'Noles?

FSU football will be taking on Ole Miss in the season opener on Monday night. How are the Ole Miss fans feeling about FSU football going into the game?

There’s nothing wrong with fans being confident in their team. Heck, a lot of FSU fans are extremely high on this FSU team this season and rightfully so.

However, as with most fan bases, some of the Ole Miss fans having been drinking way too much of that kool-aid.

A recent post (pick’em threat) on an Ole Miss forum asked their fans to predict the score of the game with Chad Kelly’s stats being the tiebreaker.

Thoughts

TWO people thought FSU would defeat Ole Miss.

I must confess some of those predictions were definitely reasonable. There’s no doubt the Ole Miss offense was legit last season and Chad Kelly can definitely sling it. Yes, the FSU defense lost Jalen Ramsey in the secondary, but overall this FSU defense should be better than last season.

The only advantage is Ole Miss has had all off-season to prepare for this game and will no doubt have a few wrinkles in store.

I do think Chad Kelly will have a big game, because he’ll need it for Ole Miss to have a shot at winning. However, some of those predictions are why Las Vegas wins way more than they lose.
