Video: Virginia HC Mike London discusses spring improvement, goals for 2015

Virginia has a lot of room to improve, after finishing last in the ACC Coastal division with a 5-7 in 2014. However, a bounce-back season won't be easy for the Cavaliers to achieve with a tough nonconference slate featuring UCLA, Notre Dame and Boise State this fall.

Virginia head coach Mike London discussed this challenge in a video with Jeff Fischel of the ACC Digital Network. London laid out Virginia's plan of attack for the 2015 season and provided an update on his Cavaliers after spring practices.
