USC landed a huge commitment on Wednesday morning as 4-star safety Jamel Cook decommitted from Florida State and chose the Trojans instead.

The safety from the Miami area is ranked as the No. 2 athlete in the 2016 class and the No. 92 overall prospect, per 247 Sports.
