Top 25 coaches poll: Florida State No. 1, but Bama close behind

BY foxsports • November 16, 2014

Mississippi State's loss to Alabama has given us a new No. 1 team in the Top 25 coaches poll, and it is Florida State.

As is their way, the Seminoles found themselves in a sizeable halftime hole only to come back and win. This time, Miami was on the losing end of a 30-26 result. The Crimson Tide are just 24 points behind the Noles in second, with Oregon, Mississippi State and TCU rounding out the top five.
