'The Harbaugh factor' is difference for 2016 TE Eubanks

While many pegged 2016 tight end Nick Eubanks heading to either Alabama or Florida, Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines had other ideas.

Currently on an official visit in Ann Arbor, Eubanks popped for the Wolverines -- selecting Harbaugh's program over Alabama, Florida, and Southern Cal, among others. As Eubanks told 247Sports, there were multiple reasons for why the 6'6", 208-pound prospect decided to head to Michigan.

"I really like the way and the big plan they have in store for me," said Eubanks. "They are losing their tight end and don't have any other tight ends as athletic as me on their roster."

The Florida native also spoke about Harbaugh's penchant for churning out tight ends to the NFL. The Michigan head man plans on flexing Eubanks out wide in certain situations as a way to exploit possible mismatches.

Simply put, Eubanks is a big pickup for the Wolverines. Resembling a gazelle in space, Eubanks possesses significant athleticism to pair with a ridiculously long wingspan. He'll have to get physically stronger to deal with the rigors of the college game, but his upside is immense.
