Steve Sarkisian is suing USC after being fired earlier this season, saying USC didn't properly handle his battle with alcohol, and sometime in the future he'll look for another head coaching job.

But what will his options be? If you're an AD, could you hire a coach who admits the pressures of the job drove him to drink?
