A Texas Tech wide receiver suspended from the team last month for a drunken-driving charge has agreed to enter a pretrial diversion program.

Coach Tommy Tuberville suspended Darrin Moore from the team in July, three months after his arrest. Team spokesman Blayne Beal says Moore has continued practicing with the team and is listed on the roster for Saturday night's opener against Northwestern State.

If the senior, who caught 47 passes for 571 yards and eight TDs in 2011, successfully completes the program no record of a conviction will appear on his record, officials said.

Moore's requirements include talking about the dangers of alcohol abuse to students, completing 40 hours of community service and donating $500 to the Lubbock Boys & Girls Clubs.
