Tennessee and Clemson fighting it out over "Wide Receiver U" title
Tennessee has long been known for producing NFL receivers and has carried the title of WRU for years, but suddenly a new challenger has emerged from the ACC.
The shenanigans started innocently enough with this tweet from Tennessee wide receiver coach and passing game coordinator Zach Azzanni:

Clemson's wide receiver coach, co-offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator (he must have a ton of free time) Jeff Scott came back with their own clever response:

To which Azzanni had a quick and equally adept response:

So who is the actual Wide Receiver U? That's tough to say.
The present rosters of both schools are loaded at the position in 2015. Clemson with Mike Williams, Artavis Scott, Germone Hopper, Cherone Peake and incoming freshmen Deon Cain and Ray-Ray McCloud; Tennessee with Marquez North, Pig Howard, Von Pearson, Jason Croom, Josh Malone and incoming freshman Preston Williams.
The past rosters tell a different story according to NFL.com. In the past 25 years, Clemson has had nine receivers drafted into the NFL, while Tennessee has had 18 in that same span.
Looks like Tennessee wins this round:
