Stanford transfer eligible to play at USF next season

Former Stanford offensive lineman Reilly Gibbons has been declared eligible for the 2015 season and will be able to play for the University of South Florida this upcoming season.

“He was elated and so excited when Coach Taggart called him,” said Shannon Gibbons, Reilly's father, according to Joey Knight of The Tampa Bay Times. “It’s a blessing, it really is. It’s great for Reilly and the whole family.”

The 6'6", 205 pound redshirt freshman left Stanford for USF in October of 2014.
