St. Francis (Pa.) defeats Morehead State 50-49

Kyle Harbridge set a school record with 348 yards rushing, the most on any level of college football this season, as St. Francis (Pa.) rallied to beat Morehead State 50-49 on Saturday.

Harbridge's 10-yard run with 1:28 to play completed the comeback for the Red Flash (1-2), who had trailed 49-31 at the end of the third quarter. Harbridge, who also scored on runs on 84 and 4 yards in the fourth quarter, ran for four scores and caught a touchdown pass.

Morehead State (1-2) had built a 49-28 lead after a 14-yard touchdown run by Desmond Cox with 8:22 remaining in the third quarter. Josh Thiel kicked a 36-yard field for the Red Flash to cut the lead to 49-31 at the end of the third quarter.

Zach Lewis of Morehead State passed for 318 yards and two touchdowns, giving him more than 900 yards passing in three games.
