Spartans bulk up future defense with pair of line commits
Michigan State's 2016 recruiting class grew to 16 members in a span of less than 48 hours as a pair of defensive line prospects verbally committed to be Spartans.
Auston Robertson, a four-star end from Fort Wayne, Indiana, made his move first by giving his pledge Sunday. The 6-foot-4, 262-pounder is rated the ninth-best player at his position in the nation by Scout.com, and he chose MSU from a group of finalists that per Spartan Digest also included Michigan and Notre Dame.
