Sooners pick up former Texas commit Lampkin

One-time Oklahoma commit-turned Texas commit, is now an Oklahoma commitment once again.

Du'Vonta Lampkin was initially enrolled at Texas but it was learned he was a foreign language credit short. When Lampkin realized he wasn't going to be admitted, he appealed to get out of his national letter of intent. However, the Houston Cypress Falls (Texas) defensive tackle recently announced he was now enrolled at Oklahoma.

Lampkin was a Rivals.com top-300 player his senior year in high school.
